Employability support

We provide specialist mentoring, caseworker and keyworker support to individuals and groups, working with them to remove barriers to work and helping them to move forward. Our delivery philosophy is largely outreach, supported by a telephone contact centre. We work with a wide range of clients including young people, older people, NEET groups, disabled people, lone parents and those with physical and mental health issues.

  • New Deal Mentoring – Cheshire and Warrington, Beds & Herts, Cambs & Suffolk, Norfolk, South Essex.
  • Caseworker Support – NEET group in partnership with YMCA, Adults with mental health issues, in partnership with Addulam Housing Association.
  • Pathways to Work – We are about to start work with Carter & Carter plc to deliver elements of Pathways Phase 2 (targeted at Incapacity Benefit claimants) across Cheshire and Warrington.
