Since 2003, we have delivered specialist mentoring support to economically inactive people, helping them to initiate and maintain changes, achieve work goals and deal with the barriers which they have faced.

With a very wide ranging experience over the North West, East of England, Birmingham and London, our trained mentors identify barriers to work and, through action planning and ongoing face to face, telephone or email support, help our clients to remove them, one by one.

We now deliver mentoring as part of the holistic package of support to our clients under the Work Programme and Back to Work Programme.

We have skills in providing high level, one to one support, to some of the most vulnerable and challenged people in society, including homeless; ex-offender; substance misusers; long term mental health service users and many others.

Our mentors also offer their skills in guidance, signposting and personal support to young people at risk of becoming NEET.

Our mentoring services now span our Employability Provision (Work Programme and Back to Work), our NEET and Community Provision (Create your future) and our Education Provision (MentorMe).
