Core activities

Employability Training
We deliver training and support to help unemployed people, lone parents and disabled people get into work, across England.

Employability Support
We provide specialist support and mentoring to unemployed people and those multiple barriers to work, helping them to move forward towards and into work.

Creative Industries Training
We are sector leaders in developing learning materials and delivering training in music and the creative industries, using traditional, blended and e-learning. Our engagement programmes offer creative industries entrepeneurship training for young people alongside personal development and mentoring.

Mentoring Training
We offer consultancy and training in mentoring, for mentors, mentees, staff and volunteers.
